WHY DON’T YOU USE INSTAGRAM/ SOCIAL MEDIA MORE , ARE YOU PHILISTINES?

Feeble Strength is a philistine band and a pretentious band and we aspire to use Meta Platforms as little as possible. We promise not clog your life up with algorithm begging video posts that are irrelevant to your life. We will post gig information and the important stuff to social media, but just being great artists does not make us interesting people. I work for a living doing boring things. Do you want to read about my day at work? of course not.
Even when we’re having a good time, if we tell you, won’t you just feel sad being at home?
We live in the loneliest era of human history with the lowest premium on
human contact since the formation of the species. It is time to go out and go to a gig.

I want to spend my precious time performing and booking gigs for
other bands I love, don’t you?

Feeble Strength also release debut album ‘The Long Defeat’ In March 2026 as a follow up to 2024’s Various Martyrs EP.

The Long Defeat
is the 2026 release from London’s DIY indie rock band Feeble Strength, following on from 2025’s first EP Various Martyrs. Taking its title from a Tolkien quote, it is a record about losing battles against romantic, political, economic and physical defeat.

It is about finding the eucastrophe in life in moments that look like destruction.

It also rocks.
